Remoox Go ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates the Remoox Go mobile and web application. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you understand how your data is collected, processed, synchronized, and protected. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our applications and related services.
2. Information We Collect
To provide business management, point-of-sale, and invoicing tools, we collect the following categories of information: • Identity & Account Data: Name, email address, password hash, phone number, and authentication identifiers if you sign in using third-party providers (Google, Apple, Facebook). • Business Information: Business name, legal address, phone numbers, National Taxpayer Registry (RNC/Tax ID), currency, tax rates, and brand logos. • Operational & Transactional Data: Invoices, line items, sale prices, customer profiles, product catalogs, inventory levels, stock movements, expense entries, and employee shifts. • Technical & Diagnostic Data: Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM), temporary session tokens, and IP addresses used strictly for security rate-limiting and preventing abuse.
3. Offline-First Architecture and Data Synchronization
Remoox Go is built on an offline-first architecture. When you create or update invoices, products, or transactions, that data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted local database (SQLite via WatermelonDB on mobile, IndexedDB on web). When network connectivity is present, your local records synchronize bidirectionally with our secure cloud database via encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols to ensure your data is backed up and accessible across your authorized devices.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process your information solely to: • Facilitate invoicing, catalog management, inventory tracking, and sales operations. • Authenticate your account and safeguard against unauthorized access. • Deliver push notifications and critical system alerts regarding your business operations. • Provide technical support and resolve synchronization conflicts. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the core service: • Identity Providers: Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for secure authentication. • Push Notifications: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for reliable alert delivery. • Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud database and API hosting providers running with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
6. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time: • In-App Deletion: If you are logged into the Remoox Go mobile app, navigate to Settings > Account > "Delete Account" to permanently initiate account deletion. • Web Deletion Request: If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, you can request account deletion at any time via our web portal at https://remoox.app/en/delete-account using our secure email verification process. Upon deletion, your personal credentials, login sessions, push notification tokens, and personal identifiers are immediately revoked and permanently anonymized.
7. Retention of Fiscal and Invoicing Records
As an invoicing and accounting platform, Remoox Go is subject to statutory legal, financial, and tax compliance regulations. When a business owner deletes an account, historical fiscal invoices, sales documents, and tax records generated by that business may be retained in secure, encrypted archives strictly to the extent required by applicable fiscal and tax accounting laws (e.g. DGII, IRS, or relevant regional tax authorities) and will not be used for any other purpose.
8. Collaborator and Employee Accounts
If you use Remoox Go as an employee or collaborator linked to a business owned by another organization, deleting your user account will permanently remove your personal profile and revoke your access. However, business transactions and receipts created on behalf of the business will remain part of the business owner’s records to preserve fiscal and operational continuity.
9. Security Measures
We employ organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal and business data. Passwords are never stored in plaintext and are hashed using bcrypt. All communication between mobile clients, web clients, and our server occurs over encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections.
